IHOP, two blocks to the north, at 1838 U.S. 1, has been at its current location for three decades as well.IHOP previously was open 24 hours only on weekends, and Mike Maguire, the manager-operator, said he had been talking about the possibility of going 24/7 before it was announced Denny’s would be closing.When they heard the news, he said, “that kind of expedited the whole conversation.”Activity at the 207-seat restaurant has picked up recently, as some of Denny’s regulars have found a new home.
